Student Success and Completion: Advance student success, retention, and completion through coordinated, data-informed strategies that support enrollment recovery, improve persistence, reduce equity gaps, and create a clear, student-centered path from entry through completion.

Fiscal Sustainability and Resource Allocation: Implement and refine a transparent, equity-centered resource allocation model that supports long-term fiscal sustainability, strategic priorities, enrollment realities, and student success.

Institutional Alignment and Effectiveness: Guide strategic plan implementation, operational coordination, and District reorganization to strengthen accountability, fiscal stewardship, institutional effectiveness, and student outcomes.
