The SRJC Student Outreach and Dream Center teams respectfully add our voices to the shared solidarity of our SRJC community. We stand with all Black and African American colleagues and friends, their families, our students, and partners in the community and beyond. We believe that Black Lives Matter.

We work under the principles of our Core Values including compassion in all interactions, and maintaining an atmosphere of collegiality and mutual respect. We promise to follow our core values that influence the work we do and how we do it. We promise to listen, learn, and leverage our work to make real change. We will show support through our actions to dismantle the status quo of hate and violence and replace it with a new reality of respect, love, safety, and peace for all Black and African American people and all People of Color. We are listening and we are with you.

Student Outreach y el Dream Center del SRJC respetuosamente añadimos nuestras voces a la solidaridad compartida de la comunidad del SRJC. Respaldamos a todos los colegas y amigos, a sus familias, a los estudiantes y colaboradores negros y afroamericanos en la comunidad y el mundo. Creemos que Black Lives Matter.

Trabajamos bajo los principios de nuestros Valores Fundamentales, que incluyen compasión en todas las interacciones, y mantener una atmósfera de colegialidad y respeto mutuo. Prometemos seguir esos valores básicos los cuales influyen el trabajo que hacemos y cómo lo hacemos. Prometemos escuchar, aprender y hacer uso de nuestro trabajo para lograr un verdadero cambio. Mostraremos apoyo a través de acciones para desmantelar el status quo del odio y la violencia y reemplazarlo con una realidad nueva de respeto, amor, seguridad y paz para todos los negros, afroamericanos y toda la "Gente de Color". Estamos escuchando y estamos con ustedes.
