To SRJC Colleagues and Community,
The Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) staff stands in solidarity with the SRJC community in denouncing racism. The PSTC is committed to preparing students for future careers in law enforcement, corrections, fire service, and emergency medical services. Through our curricula, we inform and educate students about contemporary issues such as implicit bias, racism, community relations, and how they can affect day-to-day interactions with the public. The PSTC staff recognizes the need to confront racism and injustice in all forms and believes the best way to do so is through education, training, and commitment to fostering an environment of anti-racism.
In solidarity,
Your SRJC Public Safety Training Center
